Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for new subscriptions. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you retain access until the period ends.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase receive a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated for the remaining months minus any usage.

Credit Refunds

Purchased credits are non-refundable but do not expire. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Email support@hookclone.app with your account email and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
